    We spent three nights at this charming hotel while exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, well-kept, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Although there were a couple of issues with the windows and some minor disturbances, the overall location and convenience made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was quite good, but I noticed the staff could have been a bit more cheerful. I'd happily return for the comfortable stay and easy access to the city.

    Just an excellent fit for a momentary visit in Genoa with best value for money ratio. I loved the extensive breakfast spread, especially the variety of fresh juices and pastries. Try to secure a room on a higher floor for the best views.

    We had a wonderful stay, exploring the nearby aquarium where my kids loved going behind the scenes to feed the animals. The spacious family room was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed relaxing in the bar with friendly staff. Great memories!

    My kids wished for a smoother check-in process. it was a bit chaotic when we arrived with all our luggage. A kids' area at the hotel would have been a nice touch.

    The room was spacious and clean, which I loved! The big windows let in lots of light, and the comfy bed made for a nice sleep. The bathroom was modern and had a powerful shower.
