Being within easy reach of piazza de ferrari and close to via xx settembre. We could park our car nearby. It met requirements and we can't wait to come back.
-
The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. Nice to have a terrace. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Genoa Historical Centre district. Isola delle Chiatte is within walking distance to the property...

it is a beautiful location, very well kept, elegant and with many tasteful decoration and furnishing. We had a great time from breakfast in the wonderful dining room till a late night drink at the elegant hotel bar. Also the location is perfect to explore the city. Any time we come back to Genoa we would stay there again. Thank you Hotel Bristol Palace.
It is only a small thing, but there internet log-in is so well secured, not even the hotel staff could get through.

The stairs.
We got a food recommendation in the restaurant for the children that was very expensive, that we discovered when we were paying our bill upon leaving the hotel. They should inform the customer if they recommend a dish that cost dubble of a "normal" dish.
-
Large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast
A big, inevitably somewhat impersonal hotel.
-
The hotel is in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and our suite was fabulous, we were only sorry our stay was just one night.
-
Convenient location. Well organised. Good traditonal hotel at a reasonable price. The room was a very reasoable size for the price.

The hotel has a very good location on a street right in the center of the city, surrounded by excellent areas for shopping and coffee breaks. The rooms are really large having an aristocratic flavor - a little severe, very good sound-proof, the bathroom is also huge and well-maintained., the air conditioning is working well and can be efficiently adjusted to your needs. Fair breakfast, pretty diversified, better for vegetarians. For the good weather, the hotel has also a nice terrace where you can have your breakfast in the open-air. Suitable for the eternal pretentious and revolted non-smokers because the hotel handle a positive discrimination, smoking being completely restricted inside the hotel.
Although the hotel advertisement claim they have a near-by location for parking, actually the hotel staff will pick up your car and park it in a location whose place you will not know and which most probably is a ordinary paid parking. At your arrival you are questioned if you want to use your car during your stay at the hotel, and your answer is better to be negative because the retrieval of the car takes between 15 and 45 minutes. I suppose it is not the fault of the staff but of the infernally traffic and of the difficult access to the hotel over the poky, narrow and full of parked scooters (in a order only by them known) streets. The stopping of the car in front of the hotel can be done only by a unique lane for busses, and this can be very difficult and pretty embarrassing at the peak hours, cause if at the near-by bus station will arrive 2-3 busses at once, certainly you will have to take out your luggage through the hurried fares displeased by the fact your are staying on their way. For the limousine or jeep owners it would be recommendable to think to another option where you will have a real parking on site. The entry of the hotel is someway obscure and too discreetly marked for a tourist who comes for the first time in this city. The staff of the hotel is professional and pretty helpful but having an air of superiority given most probably by the “importance” of their name plate showing the hotel brand. The internet access is extra charged, in a 4 star hotel this should be included. Far from being a high speed internet connection, it is only good for the ones with much patience and having not too much work to do.

The hotel is beautifull! Excelent localization. The breakfust is excellent. The parking service is very efficient.
-
It has a good location in the heart of the city, yet it was also quiet. The room was big and well maintained. There was a large selection for breakfast. The bathroom was modern clean and well laid out.
There was no directory of hotel services. The hotel is old and the room furniture reflected this, which may not be to everyone's tastes. The bathroom walls were tiled in all white, which was a very stark and unforgiving look. There was no iron / ironing board in the room.
-
We really enjoyed staying on the top floor in an extremely comfortable, spacious room with fabulous views into Piazza de Ferrari and via xx Settembre. The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Il Centro Storico and Le Strade Nuove, and is only a 10 minute walk from Stazione Brignole. At the reduced rate we paid, it was also incredible value for money. In everyway staying here was a super experience.

I will never forget this magic place with amazing stairs :) The location is exatly in the center on very nice shopping street. it is very close to the restaurant Zeffirino. And I recomend everyone who have a chance to get to Genoa have a dinner in this restaurant. It is "home" restaurant. The amazing and very tasty food. The waiter treats you like you are best friends for very long time and tells you the stories of the restaurant and gives the the fotoalbumes. The cheff is the creator of the genoese pesto souce. Magic place.
